Introduction
BlueHouse Capital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Let's Roll platform.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through Let's Roll infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the page containing the material).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Processing of Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
- Provide the content provider with a copy of the takedown notice so they may make a counter-notification
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Forward the counter-notification to the complaining party
- Restore the removed material within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action against the content provider
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Good Faith Requirement
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. If you are not sure whether material available on or through Let's Roll infringes your copyright, we suggest that you contact an attorney before submitting a notice.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA & Copyright Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Let's Roll after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
